Teens Against Tobacco Use

Welcome to Holt High School's TATU webpage! TATU is an anti-smoking program for all Holt High School students, and is paired with the Peer Resistance Club. It is directed in full by Mrs. Graf. The purpose of TATU is to provide young children with the skills and knowledge necessary for resisting harmful tobacco products; members of TATU travel to elementary schools around Holt and give presentations in classrooms. Members instruct young students about the dangers of tobacco, how to prevent tobacco use, and how to resist peer pressure. Students may partcipate in TATU after school in E124. Potential attendees must maintain fair grades in Health classes and have little to no disciplinary issues. Recommendations are also accepted.
