Consumer Education

This class offers many skills for a growing student to learn, such as budgeting, saving money, paying bills, and writing checks. Students should take this class to learn about the job application process, to learn how to prepare and stick to a budget, and to learn about other areas of financing students will need to learn as they grow older and are tasked with controlling their own economic decisions. Careers that a student could go into with the these skills are Financial Planning, Credit Counseling, Management, Consumer Rights Advocate, Bank teller, and Book keeper.
